He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Snow and Wilhelmina Snow (Van Dor Biesen); his daughter Gail; and his siblings, Robert, Louis, Jennie and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda, Veronica, Richard Jr., Scott, Shawn, Seth and Gabriel; and his sisters, Joan and Jeanetta. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
