He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie Pickett; and his brother Pete Picket. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Young Duncan; his children, Kenneth Duncan Jr. (Kenya) of Valatie, NY, Keith Duncan (Rachel) of Kinderhook, NY, Kim Holt of Cohoes, NY and Nellie Duncan of Valatie, NY.; and his sister Leila Duncan. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
