George Shook Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 65, George Shook Jr. of Philmont, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shook Sr. and Mildred Decker White; his former wife Diane Marie Shook; and his sister Karen Heald. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Chizotti-Shook; his children, Douglas Shook (Sue), Patricia, Korreen, Kimberly, Nicole Shook (Devon) and Emily Decker; his siblings, Dorothy (Rodney), Theresa, Sarah, Leo, Robert, Samuel (Tabby) and John; and his granddaughters, Madalyn, Clarity, Amaria, Dianni and Cory Ann.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
