He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Card and Eleanor Card (Tanner). He is survived by: his close friend Marjorie Tice; his daughter Judy Tice (Jake); his grandchildren, Jackie Sweet (Dan) and John Tice (Bud); his great grandchildren, Ella and Bentley Sweet; and his brother Donald Card (Palma). He is also survived by friends and family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
