With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne A. Chambers of Philmont, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alauria and Theresa Alauria (Gigilia); her stepfather Emelio Valerino; her husband Bernard F Chambers (Bud); her son Robert D. Chambers; her siblings, Archie Alauria, Josephine Stahowski and Tina Dolci; and her sons-in-law, John Skelley and Richard Goerlitz.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Chambers, Paul B. Chambers (Joan), Frances Skelley and Amelia T. Goerlitz; her grandchildren, Michael, Scott (Donna), Shawn Skelley (Amanda), Richard Almond-Goerlitz (James), Elizabeth Coryer (David), Timothy, Marie, Matthew Chambers, Christopher Chambers (Eric Chow), Lauren Otto Paglione (Michael), Kayla Orecki (Michael) and Nichole Chambers; and her friends, Netta, MaryLisa, Sue, Danielle Tina, Jen, Katrina, Erin and Heather. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
