With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley A. Evans of Philadelphia, New York, born in Mountainhome, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on May 8, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Evans and Blanche E. Evans (Haney). She is survived by: her daughter Carla Sobotka (Seal); her grandson Charles Sobotka IV; her close friend Brittney Russell of Lake Worth, FL; and her grandchildren, Cristy (Matthew Vaughn) of Ellisburg, NY, Chloe Sobotka, Charles Sobotka V, Haily Fleming, Hunter Fleming and Christopher Vaughn.
