She is survived by: her parents, Luke Gasowski and Laura Walters Gasowski; her brother Liam; her grandparents, William, Elaine Walters, Ronald Gasowski (Margie O'Connor) and Maryann Garbooshian (Dickran); her aunts, Sarah Gasowski, Jennifer Martino and Kimberly Howard (Timothy); and her godparents, Daniel and Sharon Wiecek.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Luna's name to the Center for Childhood Cancer Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
