He is survived by: his children, Debbie Kelly (Keith), Sandy Exelby, Dale Exelby (Kathy) of Theresa, NY and Bill Exelby (Trudy); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Stacey, Bill, Chad, Cody, Chris, David, John, Justin, Nick and Will. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
