He was predeceased by: his parents, Williana Justice and Henry of Washington; his sons, John Jr. and Leroy; his wife Elizabeth; and his grandson Michael.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nona and Aldena; his grandchildren, Eren, Sabrina, Kyle, Jason and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Charles, Malik, Sadiera, Lelaney and Mikaela. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
