He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hall and Isabella Hall (Whitford); his wife Evelyn M. Barker; his stepdaughter Brenda L. Barker; and his sister Kay Greenwalt.
He is survived by: his stepson Larry C. Barker of Cayce, S. C; and his sister Linda Hill of Philadelphia.
