Tomasso; his wife Debbie; his children, Douglas Bellinger of Canton, Hope Stiles (Jerry) of Massena, Charles "Chuck" Manning (Sherill LaShomb-Murray) of Massena, Lucile Manning of Massena, Donna Manning (Denny Youngs) of Philadelphia, Crystal Smith (Kenny) of Fowler, Faith Kerr and Lacey Bango of Philadelphia; his son-in-law Daro Kerr of Gouverneur; and his siblings, Orville (Manning), Debbie Knight (Wesley) of Rossie and George Manning of Clayton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
