Mullen and Terresa Wooster Mullen; his wife Mary Jane Tyler Mullen; his parents-in-law, Dr. Leonard and Mary Tyler; his daughter Anne Mobley (Paul Hadsell); his siblings, Zelda Sipher (Erton), Louise Phelps (Virgil), Lyla Stephens (Conner), Earl W Mullen, Jr., Roy Mullen (Laura), Eleanor McCrumb (Renold), Robert Mullen and John Mullen; and his brother-in-law Jerry Tyler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janis Werner (Blake) of Newfield, NY, Mary Johnson (David) of Freeville, NY and Carol Buchman (Joshua) of Manlius, NY; his grandchildren, Renee Mobley, Amy Killian (Shane), Bradley Werner, Stephen (Meg Jones), Rebecca, Melissa, Katherine Johnson, Kalie and Talia Buchman; his great grandchildren, Piper Jane Mobley and Ezekiel Killian; and his siblings, Lester Mullen (Barbara) of Stafford, NY and Nancy Clarcq (James) of Phelps, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
