With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Howard of Phelps, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Barbara Kent. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Hartnagel, Lawrence (Debbie) and Robert Howard (Colleen); and her brother Charles Bryant. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren.
