He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Halladay and Bernice "Crawford" Halladay; and his sisters, Janet Lawton and Patricia Halladay. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Berry, Loretta House (Ralph), Conway Halladay, Robert Halladay and Trevor Halladay; his stepson Stephen Bogardus; his daughter Haley Buisch; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Halladay and Sharon Stone. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
