He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Walters and Gladys Vosburgh Walters. He is survived by: his sons, Lee G. Walters (Dawn) of Phelps and Gene Walters (Kristin) of Phelps; his grandchildren, Rachel Cordovani (Jon), Brendon Walters (Lindsay), Christopher Walters (Stephanie) and Allison Walters; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Landon, Granger and Aubrey.
