She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Rush and Rita Smith Rush; her daughter Dawn Burri; her brother Thomas Rush; and her father-in-law Thomas Bankert Sr..

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bankert Jr.; her children, Rob Burri (Wendy) of Tallahassee, FL, Lisa Orlando (Christopher) of Phelps and Jeff Burri (Deb) of Clifton Springs; her grandchildren, Jackie Borrego (Pete), Cody Creech (Christy), Mason, Sydney Jones, Christy, Colby Orlando, Dominique, Devon, Bryce Burri, Taylor and Derrick Kauder; her sisters, Pat Piepoli (Mike), Chris Posten (Mark), Deb Marr (John) of Newark and Michelle Turner (Kevin) of Clifton Springs; her mother-in-law Betty Bankert of Phelps; and her sister-in-law Deborah Dhalle (Charles) of Geneva Many. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and extended family.
