It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie J. Balliet of Phelps, New York, born in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Florence DeFrain Balliet Sr.; and his siblings, Bobbie, Allen, Barb, Howard Jr., Amanda "Dolly" and Thorton.

He is survived by: his son Christopher Balliet (Chelsea); his stepdaughters, Heather Beeman and Tammy Battle (Bob); and his siblings, Sandy, Alvin, Frank, Elwood, Oscar, Rose and Dora. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

It is requested that memorial donations be made to the family c/o Christopher Balliet 204 Washington Street Susquehanna, PA 18847.
