He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Earl "Joe" and Pearl Crandall Babcock; his wife Joan Marie Holmes Babcock; his son Todd Babcock; and his siblings, Lewis Babcock and Beverly Brock.
He is survived by: his close friend Colleen Manchester; his children, Laurie DiDomenicantonio (Mario) of Petersburgh, Shawn Babcock of Troy and Clayton Babcock of Gloversville; his girlfriend Colleen Manchester of Petersburgh; and his sister Mary Lou Walters (Walter) of Petersburgh. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
