With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella Amidon (Petersburgh, New York), born in Stephentown, New York, who passed away on July 14, 2019 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ella Amidon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis N. Sweener and Florence D. Moon Sweener; her husband Howard G. Amidon; and her brother James F. Sweener. She is survived by: her sons, Charles J. Amidon (Sharon) of Forsyth, MO and Howard G. Amidon, Jr. (Bonnie) of Petersburgh; her grandchildren, Brad, Brian Amidon, April Larabee, Elizabeth, Jason, Howard III and Stephen Amidon; her great grandchildren, Marcus, Stacey Larabee and Austin Bortell; and her siblings, Nelson W. "Pete" Sweener of Troy, Anna C. Geraldi of New Lebanon, Arthur D. Sweener of Alabama and Gladys I. Martinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
