He was predeceased by : his father Gregory Neil Manchester; and his grandparents, Neil, Lois Manchester and Shirley Carroll. He is survived by : his mother Colleen S. Walker Manchester of Petersburgh; his daughter Allie Elizabeth Manchester; and his brother Corey Neil Manchester of Bennington, VT.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
