We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Wayne F. Garrow (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garrow and Marion Garrow (Desaw); his wife Sidnee Garrow (Mayo); and his sister Marilyn Lapoint. He is survived by: his children, Susan Bruno (John) and Timothy Garrow (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Adam Bruno, Ian Bruno, Ryan Garrow, Samantha Outen (Joshua) and Ashley Garrow (Troy). He is also survived by three great grandsons along with several nieces and nephews.
