He is survived by: his wife Tina Howard; his sons, Coty Howard, Colby Howard, Joshua Howard (Ashley), Dustin Resendez (Rachel), Logan Resendez and Skyler Resendez (Racheal); his grandchildren, Piper, Lexis and Kallen Howard; and his siblings, Loyal "Butch" Hendrie (Martha), Melonie "Minnie" Kennedy (Bobby), Anthony Howard (Cindy) and Terry Provost.
