He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howe and Janet Howe; and his stepson Corrie Lee Liberty. He is survived by: his wife Ann (LaFountain); his children, Corey Howe (Dana) of Peru, Christina Bryant of Cedar City, UT, Stacey Liberty of Dannemora and Brandy Liberty of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Evan, Tanner, Payton, Dustin, Parker, Paige, Riley, Kylie and Preston; and his pet Kricket.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Thomas Howe may be made to the American Legion Post 1619.
