He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar T. Jaquish and Lillian E. Jaquish (Betters); and his wife Iola. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Cote (Mike), Anthony Jaquish, Sr. (Laura Trombley) and Nichole Jaquish (Darren Scarlett); his grandchildren, Brandon Sousie, Brittney Benway (Craig), Breanna Jaquish, Ashley Cote, Anthony Jaquish, Jr., Jayden Jaquish and Bryce Cote; and his siblings, Shirley Root, Junior Jaquish (Joanne), Yvonne Flagg, Oliver Jaquish, John Jaquish (Joann), Dickie Jaquish (Darlene) and Sharon Graham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
