He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Brown (Hough); and his parents, Henry Hough and Helen Hough (Plumley). He is survived by: his wife Jean Hough (Devins); his children, Pamela (Hough), Steven Rogers of Rotterdam, NY, Heather Hough of Rotterdam, NY, Leanne (Hough) and James McPherson of Keeseville, NY; his stepson Timothy Fitz-Gerald (Debbie) of Port Orange, FL; his brother Robert (Linda Hough) of Matthews, NC.; and his grandchildren, Kiera, Morgan, Michael Rogers of Rotterdam, NY, Shamus, Isabella McPherson of Keeseville, NY, Issac McPherson of Kissimmee, FL and Kimberly McPherson of Malone, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, a memorial service for extended family and friends will be held at a later date to celebrate his life.
