He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Lucille Halstead (Guay); his daughter Cathy; his son-in-law James Plate; his son John; his daughter-in-law Kerry Halstead; his grandchildren, James (Megan Plate) and Elizabeth (Karim Samba); and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Genevieve Plate.
