With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Allen LaFountain (Peru, New York), born in Keeseville, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred LaFountain and Helen LaFountain (Martin); his grandsons, Aiden and Connor; his siblings, Sidney LaFountain (Shirley), Sherwood LaFountain, Shirley Kusalonis (Leo), Sharron Welch, Neil and Sherman LaFountain; his sister-in-law Katherine LaFountain; his parents-in-law, Dorothy and Howard McLean; and also William McLean (Janice).
He is survived by: his wife Ann Florence McLean; his children, Amanda Thomas (Michael), Nicole O'Neill (Joe) and Matthew LaFountain (Missy); his grandchildren, Miranda, Mirissa, Aaron, Taylor and Lacey; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Hudson; his brothers, Norman LaFountain and Stanley LaFountain (June); and also, Rosie Burrell (Mark) and Hugh McLean (Vickie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other extended family and special friends.
