He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery A. Ezero and Eleanor H. Ezero (Plumadore); and his father-in-law Clyde Cook. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Short (Cook); his children, Kristin Short (Paul) and Justin Short (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Emma, Paul, Brianna, Connor and Ava; his brothers, Carl (Carlene), Edward (Ron), Joseph (Phyllis) and William (Monique); his mother-in-law Helen Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Akey, Mary Kay Ezero and Roland Akey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
