He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Campbell; his granddaughter Ann Shaw; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Brooke Shaw, Patrick and Sarah; his grandson Lawrence Ewald; his children, Chad, Shannon Ewald, Trever, Jessica Ewald, Dan Mangan, Michael Ewald, Gregory Glenn, Peter Ewald, Benjamin, Nathan and Emma; and his sister-in-law Colleen of Hood River, Oregon.
