He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Garrand and Anita Garrand (Pelkey); his brother William Garrand; and his sister-in-law Deborah Garrand. He is survived by: his daughter Kayleigh; his son-in-law David Wojewodzic of Chazy; his son Kasey Garrand of Chazy; his grandchildren, Gannon and Lily Wojewodzic; and his brothers, Thomas of Mooers and Daniel Garrand of Mooers.
