He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Dukett (Gonyea); his siblings, John Dukett (Sandra) of Arizona, Audrey Flagg (Richard) of Tupper Lake and Shane Dukett (Kristina) of Keeseville; his children, Jamie, Dennis and Jordan; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Makenna and Landen.
