She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stone and Dorothy Stone; her husband Clyde; her siblings, Grace and Larry; and her son-in-law Leo Ezero.
She is survived by: her close friend Clyde of Augustine's Church; her daughters, Pam Akey (Roland) and Dawn Short; her sister Shirley LaFountain; her brothers-in-law, Leeward LaMoy and Ronnie Cook; her grandchildren, Justin Short (Bobbie), Kristin Short (Paul Passino), Alexis Seney (Matt), Michael Akey (Hillary Sponable), Emma, Paulie, Brianna, Connor, Ava and Westen; and her friend Bri.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Augustine's Cemetery (3035 N Main St, Peru, NY 12972).
