He was predeceased by: his stepfather-in-law John Ives. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Burdick; his children, Ashley and Cody Lobdell; his grandchildren, Jack "Snack-Pack" Sorrell and Vaida "Vaida-Boo" Lobdell; his children, Amy Kelley, Weston Kuhn, Allyzza Smith, Payton "Thumper" Smith, Zoe Smith, Hudson Smith, Troy Burdick, Bellinger Burdick, Mikala Sexton and Brian Mesec; his grandchildren, Tanner Sexton and Lainey Mesec; his children, Dylan Robert Burdick and Elizabeth Herkalo; his sister Kristin (Ed Sanchez); his parents-in-law, Patty Ives and Jack Hargett; and his nieces and nephews, Alec, Astrid Burdick and Adelayde Orr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972). The military honors will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Family and Friends Will Exit the Funeral Home.

Donations in his memory may be made to the North Country Honor Flight.
