She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ducharme and Orissia Ducharme (Mannix); her husband Richard Dougherty; and her sister Dee Williams. She is survived by: her children, James Dougherty (Laurie), Joseph Dougherty (Kris) and Kim Abare (Chester); her grandchildren, Michael Dougherty (E. J.), Shannon Dougherty, Aaron Dougherty and Janice Dougherty; and her sister Sue Peer (Jack Ennis).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home Inc. (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Elmore SPCA.
