He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert Howard and Noda Howard (Christian); his wife Zoa Timmons Howard; his children, Robert Howard (Sue), Robin Howard and Roger Howard; his stepchildren, Debbie Baughn (Dezi), James Shortell (Cindy) and Colleen Mashtare (Steve); and his siblings, Ken Howard (Darlene), Geraldine Denton, Stella Bashaw (Vern) and Dorina Sayward (Robert). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
