She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Ormsby and Agnes Ormsby (Davidson); and her sisters, Gert Allan (Kenneth) and Evelyn Merrill (Harris). She is survived by: her husband William Arthur Garrow; her daughters, Cindy (Francis Premore) of Plattsburgh and Linda Bouvier of Plattsburgh; and her grandchildren, Bill Premore of Dannemora, Hope Spooner (Shane) of Plattsburgh, Danielle Bouvier and Chris Bouvier. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
