She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank LaBarge and Bessie LaBarge (Rabideau); her close friends, Junior, Dolly Thomas and Sharon Boyer; her children, Donald (Judy) and Brenda Joyal; her grandson Kenneth (Janice); her great grandchild Dexter; her sister-in-law Shirley LaBarge; her cousin Theresa LaFountain; her caregivers, Brenda Rabideau, Pat Brown and Joann Kileyand Mary; her husband Leonard; her son-in-law George Joyal; and her brothers, Lloyd LaBarge and Rufus. She was also cherished by 3 nieces, many nieces and nephews.
Betty volunteered for RSVP at Morrisonville Elementary School.
Donations in memory of Elizabeth "Betty" Bilow may be made to St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville or the Morrisonville EMS.
