It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Germain (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Anna-Marie Hill; and her uncle Royden K. Kline. She is survived by: her parents, Gary R. Rivers and Phyllis J. Rivers (Kline); her family Cadyville; her uncle Roy; her husband Bruce Germain; her children, Michael Smart, Ashley and Taylor Germain; her siblings, Gary Rivers Jr. (Will Dibble), Deborah Ulin (David) and Keith Rivers (Denise); and her caregivers, Isabella, Emily, Amy, Frank, Jill, Nicole and Shannon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the local 4-H chapter or the Mayo Clinic (with designation for Sepsis Research).
