Provost Jr. (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Alberta Prevost, Sr. (Provost); and his children, Patti and Jeffrey Provost. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Julie Jacob of New Mexico and Stephanie Leis (Rodney) of Kentucky; his grandsons, Andrew, Joshua and Ryan Leis; his great grandchild Corbin Leis; and his sisters, Gail Lawliss (John) of Peru and Diane Irwin of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Donald H. Provost, Jr. may be made for a mass in care of St. Augustine's Church, Peru.
