It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana R. Soloski (Peru, New York), born in Saranac Lake, New York, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rankin and Lucille Rankin (Perras); and her sister Marcia Rankin. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Soloski; her children, Brian Laundree (Caren) and Christine Devins (Jeremy); her stepdaughters, Tina Soloski (Dave Welch) and Tania Soloski; her grandchildren, Nathan (Connor Devins), Patrick Sargent (Laura), Tristan (Brielle Laundree) and Ben (Samantha Welch); her siblings, Thomas Rankin, Gail Douglas (Ronald), Laura Rankin, Kevin Rankin, Linda Pray (Russell), Michael Rankin (Mary), George Rankin (Jodi), Richard Rankin and David Rankin; and her close friend Pamela Brumgard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Diana R. Soloski may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center and/or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
