Baldwin (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Wells and Gladys Wells (LaPierre); and her grandson Nathan Lee LaFountain. She is survived by: her significant other Robert "Bobby" Fuller; her daughter Holly Costin (Dan); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Nichole, Charles and Shawnn Lushia (Warren Robare); her great grandchildren, Justin, Gabrielle, Amy, Nicholas, Tyler and Janis Patrick (George); and also, Tennikah, Austin, Teytiannah, Velydiah, Veydah, Tony Baldwin, Adam, Derrek, Olivia, Ryan, Lucas, Allison, Kari Baldwin (Lonnie Rivers), Kierah and Kyle. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and life partner.
