He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Van Splinter; his children, Kathleen Miller (Richard) of Peru and John Van Splinter of Peru; his grandchildren, Jennifer Miller of Peru, Heather Miller-Granger (David) of Peru, Jessica Van Splinter-Lily (Travis) of Plattsburgh, Danielle Van Splinter (Cody Cody) of Dannemora and Corey Van Splinter of Cleveland, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Colby, Jordyn, Ian, Molly, Neal and Levi; his siblings, Robert Armstrong (Nancy) of Keeseville and Elizabeth Moynahan of Hudson Falls; and also, Clarissa Stone of Plattsburgh and Gerald Rushford of Plattsburgh.
