He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Rascoe and Anna Rascoe (Reyell); his wife Catherine F. Cassavaugh; and his siblings, Richard, Raymond (Theresa), Irvin (Theresa) and Rose Plumadore (Curtis).
He is survived by: his children, Dale Rascoe (Phyllis), Ronny Rascoe (Betty Jean) and Sharon Carter (Kevin Bullis); his grandchildren, Megan, Courtney, Fawn Rascoe, Raymond, Jr., David, Paul Carter and Desaree Pinkham; and his great grandchild Jackson Carter.
