She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wallace Baker and Dorthy Marion Craig Baker; and her brothers, Eddie Howard Baker, Richard Donald Baker and Michael David Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald C. Allen; her children, Craig Allen of Plattsburgh and Tracy Allen Waite (Scott) of Morrisonville; her grandchildren, Bryan Allen, Kayleigh Jackstadt (Peter), Whitney Denton (Mark), Cassandra Ryan (Steve) and Wesley Tyler Aubin; her great grandchildren, Bodin, Malou Jackstadt and Doe Denton; her sisters, Virginia M. Johnson (Robert) of Plattsburgh and Donna M. Torraca (David) of Leesburg, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Baker (Eddie) and Gary L. Allen (Starr) of Plattsburgh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
