We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 73, Carmen Fraser-Whilby of Peru, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Fraser and Gladys Fraser (Barrett). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lewis, Beverly Brown, Eric Brown, Andrea Wright, Paul Wright, Winsome Wright, Michael Wright and Canute Wright. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren with 1 on the way, with many nieces and nephews.
