He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Furnia and Eva Furnia (Archambault); his brother Curtis; his brother-in-law Don Frenia; and his nephew Mark Frenia.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Strack (Craig) of Plattsburgh and Matthew Furnia (Lisa) of Peru; his grandchildren, Donya Martell, Mikayla Winter, Ryan Furnia and Cayden Strack; his siblings, Shirley Frenia of Portsmith, VA, Kenneth (Peg) of Surprise, AZ, Joseph (Kathy) of Hudson, FL and Steve (Lori) of Deland, FL; his sister-in-law Linda Furnia of Plattsburgh; and his close friend Darlene Pickman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
