She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crouse and Grace Crouse (Smith); her husband Daniel Borowski Sr.; and her sister Sharon Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Bartlett Jr. (Jamie) of Peru, NY and Jessica Mentley (Timothy) of Cattaraugus, NY; her stepchildren, Daniel Borowski, Jr. (Diana) of Seaford, NY and Lily Borowski of Panama, NY; her grandchildren, Zanna, Drew, Rilee, Chelsea (Dan), Erica (Jordan), Jocelyn, Brenna, Dax and Deke; her great grandchild Ayla; her sisters, Jackie Bode (Gary) of Flower Mound, TX, Linda Noecker (Rick) of Perrysburg, NY and Debbie Wells (Jack) of Perrysburg, NY; and her boyfriend Michael Rickard of Alexander, NY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
