He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Dorothy Clark (Crouse). He is survived by: his daughter Carol Clark-Osuch (J. R.) of Hamburg; his brothers, Richard Clark (Mary) of Gowanda and Charles Clark (Brenda) of Perrysburg; his grandchildren, Patrick and Ava Osuch; and his close friend Jody Shaw of Perrysburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
