He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Pratt Sr. and Barbara Brooks Schnauble; his stepfather Arthur Schnauble; his brothers, Leon and Terry; and his brother-in-law Gary Hurley.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Hurley Pratt; his children, Tonnie Chandler (Chiensoo), Valerie McClurg (Eric Victor), Earl Chandler Jr. (Jennifer) and Marcus Chandler (Traci); his grandchildren, Dakota, Ashley, Chance, Chelsea, Jessica, Dane, Amanda, Terry, Brandon, Zach and Chelzie; his sister-in-law Neita Hurley; his pet Cali; and his caregiver Amber Harder. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, his loving nieces and nephews.
