He was predeceased by: his father Valentine Torres; his wife Carol Elizabeth; his brothers, Hector and Jesus; his sons, Ricardo and Victor Jr. Torres; and his in-laws, Robert and Anna Maxner.
He is survived by: his mother Rosa Rivera; his stepmother Celotilde; his siblings, Ezekiel, Luis, Jose, Carlos, Javier and Maria; his children, Mitchell Johnson of Buffalo, Belicia Torres (Gilberto Dejesus) of Perry, Benjamin Torres of Batavia, Melinda Torres of Hemlock and Cassandra Torres of West Henrietta; and his grandchildren, Skyler, Gage, Yandel, Kaden, Alexander, Liliana, Joziah, Raelyn, Robert, Oliver and Ricardo.
